On May 5th, the opening ceremony of the Shanghai Maritime University-Rizhao Port Group senior talent training project-cum- the first session of the youth managers training class organized by Shanghai Advanced Institute of International Shipping was held in Lingang Campus. Mr. Liu Guotian, deputy secretary of the party committee and general manager of Rizhao Port Group Co. Ltd , Xu Zhenhe, head of human resources department of Rizhao Port Group Co. Ltd and Huang Youfang, president of Shanghai Maritime University attended the ceremony. Executive Vice President of Shanghai Advanced Institute of International Shipping Yu Siqin presided the ceremony.

　　　　

President Huang Youfang first delivered a welcome speech. He extended his congratulations on the successful opening of the first-ever high-level training course for young managers of Rizhao Port Group, and welcomed the arrival of the leaders and students of Rizhao Port Group. President Huang pointed out that the current development of the port is facing new situations, new challenges and opportunities. The human resources strategy of Rizhao Port Group is one of the very important measures in the future development strategic planning and the training and reserve of young managers is a forward-looking strategic arrangements. President Huang thanked Rizhao Port Group for the company’s trust in Shanghai Maritime University. He emphasized that Shanghai Maritime University would spare no effort to cooperate with and support the development of Rizhao Port Group. The development of high-level training courses is to lay a solid foundation for the future development of Rizhao Port Group.
