On april 10th, Shanghai Maritime University- Rizhao Port Group held an opening ceremony for phase two of advanced youth administrative staff training program.  Vice president of Rizhao Port Group Wang Yonggang , HR and deputy secretary of the party organization departmentCui Guangjian, president of Shanghai Maritime University  HuangYoufang, vice president of Shanghai Advanced Institute of International Shipping executive  YuSiqin attended this ceremony.

  President Huang Youfang delivered a welcome speech, offered his congratulation to the successful opening ceremony of the advanced training program and expressed his gratitude towards the trust that Rizhao Port Group bestows upon him. He said that Rizhao Port Group has shown great foresight regarding human resources and personnel training especially  for younger administrative staff, which is going to catapult the development of Rizhao Port and Rizhao urban areas. Shanghai Maritime university and SAIIS will support the construction of the talent team of Rizhao Port Group and strive to build a solid foundation for the future development of Rizhao Port Group by working hard to complete training courses.  Vice president Wang Yonggang expressed his gratitude towards Shanghai Maritime University and SAIIS. He introduced  Rizhao Port Group Corporation’s talent strategy plan and stated that organizing advanced youth administrative staff training program is an important measure for the strategic cooperation between Rizhao Port Group and Shanghai Maritime University. In the future, both parties will also carry out more levels of personnel training projects He hopes that the students will take this training seriously and complete this training as an important political task. They also encouraged the trainees to cherish their learning opportunities and learn important lessons from this program.

This advanced training program is subject to Shanghai Maritime University and Rizhao Port Group’s strategic planning, and Undertaken by SAIIS from our University. According to theplan, SAIIS is going to train Rizhao Port Group’s younger administrative staff for three consecutive years and divide it into three phases and This is the second phase. The curriculums includes port management, logistic management, shipping finances, basic management and qualities modules. In addition, during the training period, a series of teaching and practice activities such as outdoor expand Training training, discussion , exchange and visit to enterprises will also be carried out.
