Professor Introduction

Professor Yu is a professor and Ph.D. tutor of the School of Management of Shanghai Jiaotong University. He is currently the secretary of the party committee of the Antai College of Economics and Management of Jiaotong University and the director of the brand research center of Jiaotong University. He also serves as executive vice president and director of the academic committee of the China Public Relations Association, Secretary General of Shanghai Brand Promotion Center, member of the third and fourth session CPPCC of Shenzhen (social sciences).

As the first generation consultants in China, as one of the earliest scholars who studied brand in China, as a scholar of studying advertising and public relations, professor Yu Mingyang has been planning for hundreds of famous companies at home and abroad for over 10 years. He has conducted lectures and academic exchanges in dozens of colleges and universities in the Americas, Europe, Australia, Africa, Asia. He held dozens of provincial and ministerial vertical and horizontal issues. He provide brand strategy guidance for the president class of Shanghai Jiaotong University, government ministries and commissions, regions positioning development, and large enterprise groups.

Prof. Yu published more than 300 SSCI.EI.CSSCI papers and research reports and more than 200 news reports. More than 500 of his academic opinions and professional suggestions were reported by the media. There were more than 1,000 articles written by him in the press. His papers and research reports have been reproduced or transferred by People's Daily, Guangming Daily, Xinhua Digest, Reader's Digest, Wen Wei Po, and Industrial Enterprise Management(the copy Journal of the Renmin University of China ). The total of Professor Yu's monographs, co-author works, translate works, research reports, edit works, co-edit works, “Eleventh Five-Year"national planning textbooks of Ministry of Education, Ministry of Education ministerial textbooks, national self-test textbooks, and university professional textbooks is 42. He edited 5 sets, 60 kinds of professional books.
