Professor Introduction

Professor Zhang is currently the Secretary General of the Academic Committee of the Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade and the Dean of the Graduate School. He is also the visiting professor at Nagoya University in Japan. In 2005, he studied at Nagoya University in Japan as a visiting scholar. He is currently engaged in professional teaching and research of international economics and trade, he mainly teaches lectures on international economics and international trade.

Prof. Zhang Hong has published more than 30 papers in Forum of International Development Studies, International Trade, Foreign Economy and Management, and Research on Economics and Management. He has hosted and participated in more than 10 scientific research topics at home and abroad, such as Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Foundation, Shanghai Shuguang Plan and the Japan Science Research Fund. He has written 5 textbooks and monographs. He has hosted and undertook many research projects such as the Natural Science Foundation of Japan, the Ministry of Commerce, the Shanghai Philosophy and Social Science Plan, the Shanghai Municipal Government Development Research Center, the Shanghai Economic and Trade Commission, and the Shanghai Shuguang Plan. He has won awards or titles such as Shanghai  Shuguang Scholar, Outstanding Teacher of Baosteel, Leading Talent in Changning District, and Outstanding Teaching Master of Shanghai Institute of Foreign Trade.
