She is currently the Director of the Basic Experiment Training Center of Shanghai Maritime University, member of the Shanghai 17th Committee of Jiusan Society, chairman of Shanghai Maritime University Committee, director of Shanghai European and American Alumni Association, secretary general of European and American Alumni Association of Shanghai Maritime University, and member of the sixth session of the People's Political Consultative Conference of Pudong New Area Committee.

she mainly teaches courses in management, corporate culture, management and communication. She conducts research on management issues in the port shipping industry and related companies. She also presides over and participates in more than 20 projects such as "Measurement on Political Construction of the Shanghai Maritime Bureau" ,"Scientific Development Positioning and Strategic Planning of the Shanghai Maritime Administration.", “Research and Practice on the 21st Century Construction of Transportation Culture” , “Evaluation on the Management Work and Research on the Development of Donghai Rescue Bureau of the Ministry of Communications” . She also published some papers such as “The spatial pattern of China's ports based on exploratory spatial data analysis” .
