Introduction:
Liu Hongsong is the chief expert of China Academy of Strategic and Management Studies, researcher of Strategy Department of Chinese Academy of Military Sciences, founder of China's Military Psychology, and senior strategic management expert and psychologist.
He has served as the chief advisor to the Chinese Sun Tzu Art Research Center, the deputy chairman of the Chinese Social Psychology Academic Committee, the director of the Military Professional Committee of the Chinese Social Psychology Academic Committee, the lecturer of the Tsinghua University, and the guest professor at the China Senior Civil Service Training Center.
He has long been engaged in research on psychology, organizational behavior, world economy, international strategy, military strategy, and corporate strategic management. He participated in many high-level strategic decision-making studies and consultations, chaired a number of national-level major projects and wrote the first military work in China. In the 1980s he went to the "Laoshan" front and first created a "quantitative study of morale and cohesion". He is the editor of the first national college students textbook "Competitive Psychology". He has won many national principal prizes and first prizes. He has authored more than 20 academic works such as “Strategies for Peaceful Evolution and Countermeasures”, “Strategies for Market Economy and Defense Development”, “Strategy for Competition”, “Choices for Life in the 21st Century”, “General Theory of Management Art”, and “Psychological Research for National Defense”. More than a dozen famous universities in China are responsible for courses such as government strategic management, regional urban development strategy, corporate strategic management, psychological harmony management, organizational behavior, strategic human resources management, Sun Tzu’s methods, leadership, management communication, and corporate culture.
He also teaches strategic thinking and management in the central , provincial and municipal governments, telecommunications, finance, power industry, aviation industry, energy basic industries, real estate, manufacturing, service industry, trade, strategic emerging industries and other fields. His ideas have been widely recognized and enjoyed a high reputation, which he is acknowledgd as the "brand professor."
