Professor Zhang Yinjie is a professor of economics and a Ph.D tutor at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics. She is a special talent introduced by the Shanghai municipal government. Prof. Zhang is a Visiting Scholar of the School of Business of Foshan University, Oxford University and London School of Economics. She is also a visiting professor and an EMBA teacher at Tsinghua University, Peking University and other universities. She mainly teaches China's Economic Problem Analysis, Corporate Governance Structure Macroeconomic Theory and other courses. She currently serves as an independent director in several listed companies and serves as a consultant in government departments.

Prof. Zhang has published many monographs such as New Theory of Modern Enterprise System, New Theory of Market Economy Theory and Market Economic System, New Theory of Macroeconomic Theory and Practice. She also published nearly 100 papers.
