Introduction
Professor Li Xuying is currently a professor at the School of Economics and Management of Shanghai Maritime University. In addition to his Ph.D. in Economics from the Department of Statistics of Renmin University of China, he has a BSc in Applied Mathematics from Beijing Institute of Technology and a MSc from the Institute of Applied Mathematics, Chinese Academy of Sciences. Professor Li is also engaged in research work at the postdoctoral workstation of system engineering and management at Shanghai Jiaotong University.
In the past few years, Professor Li has mainly taught graduate and undergraduate courses on statistical analysis methods and techniques, econometrics, quantitative economics, and time series analysis. He has edited 3 textbooks such as "Sampling Technology-- 21st Century Statisics Textbook of Renmin University of China". He was awarded the third prize for scientific and technological progress awards by Chinese Ministry of Communications and was awarded as an outstanding young teacher in Shanghai's universities.
