Professor Introduction：

Professor Ma Shuo is currently the Vice President of the World Maritime University and serves as the Director of the Shanghai Center of the World Maritime University. He has many achievements in maritime economics, port management and etc. He is also responsible for postgraduate training programs in shipping and port management.

Professor Ma Shuo once worked for COSCO and was invited to the United Nations Trade Development Agency (UNCTAD) as consultant for four years. He also received the Order of the Knights awarded by the French government personally signed by the French Prime Minister.
