During January 9 to 10, professor Lin Guolong from Shanghai Maritime University gave the lecture Logistics Management to the EMBA students in Shanghai Advanced Institute of International Shipping.

Professor Lin Guolong believed that production and marketing incoordination is the common problem in supply chain management. To solve the problem, he put forward four methods for management soft power to make rigid productivity flexible. In the lecture, the students interacted frequently and actively with professor Lin.

Professor Lin Guolong is the current director of Shanghai Maritime University Logistics Research Center, doctoral supervisor and advanced maritime arbitrator. He also holds many concurrent posts as MBA or DBA guest professor of Holland Maastricht School of Management, Kennedy-Western University and University of Hawaii in America as well as the member of China Federation of Logistics & Purchasing Logistics Manager Profession Qualification Certificate Expert Committees.
