From June 6 th to June 8 th, Professor Yu Jingzhong from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law gave the lecture Business Tax Planning for the students of 2013 Shipping and Finance EMBA in Shanghai Advanced Institute of International Shipping.

Professor Yu Jingzhong analyzed the current situation and essence of business tax planning from the aspects like business operation, business model and contract signing etc. He also explained the possible problems in business operation by means of case analysis. He dissected the difficulty met in business tax planning and helped the students learn to find the solutions to the problems, thus properly reducing business tax burden.
