From May 16 to 18, professor Pan Guoling from Shanghai Maritime University, a famous expert at international financial field in our country and post doctor of Economics in Fudan University, gave the lecture Capital Operation for the Shipping EMBA students of Shanghai Advanced Institute of International Shipping.

Professor Pan Guoling explained the capital operation rules from the aspects of listing of companies, merger and acquisition, transnational operation and so on. In the meantime, he applied a number of practical cases. He helped the students to create the mode of thinking and business concept by comparatively analyzing the domestic and international economic situation, trend of development and the underlying measures and ideas of the government’s macro control, explaining the valid data of the government policy documents, analyzing the characteristics of risk investment and introducing the methods of risk investment, the choice of investment projects, futures and options. His lecture was highly praised by the students.

For his great academic achievements, Professor Pan Guoling has been honored repeatedly. As a nationwide famous expert, he has been invited to many famous universities to lecture the courses like International Finance and Capital Operation.
