From Mar. 21 to Mar. 23, all the students from Cruise EMBA of Shanghai Advanced Institute of International Shipping attended the three-day course given in Baoshan Accomodation Union Conference Center.

Foschi. Pier Luigi, the former chairman of the Board of Costa Cruises, gave the course Business Model and Management of Cruise Company. During the course, the lecturer and the students exchanged and explored the problems encountered in the development process of Chinese cruise industry. Wang Hong, party secretary of Baoshan District, together with Wang Youlun, director of Binjiang Development and Construction Administrative Committee of Baoshan District, Shi Jianyong, vice president of Shanghai University of Engineering Science, was also present at the course. They praised our institute’s teaching mode by means of flexible locations.

After the course, our institute organized the students to pay a visit to Costa Cruise Lines with cruise Italian style.
