Introduction:

Professor Xu Yulin is doctoral supervisor of the School of Labor and Human Resources at Renmin University of China. He is currently a senior consultant of the Human Resource Development and Consultation Center of Renmin University of China. He is a famous expert on strategic human resources in China and one of the founding scholars in the field of human resource management consulting in China. Professor Xu Yulin was a senior visiting scholar at the University of California at Berkeley and a lecturer on AACTP accreditation, a senior lecturer at Zhongxu Business School (Zhongxu Culture Network), and a senior trainer of the China National Training Federation of Teachers. He is also a guest professor of EMBA programs in higher institutions like Renmin University of China, Tsinghua University, Peking University, Fudan University, Zhejiang University, Shanghai Maritime University and Xiamen University.

Prof. Xu Yulin provided various forms of organizational design, human resources management, talent evaluation, management consulting, training, and consulting for dozens of companies. He has published dozens of monographs, reference books, and dissertations covering human resource management, organizational behaviors, and management skills training and development.
