Introduction:

Professor Zhigang Yang is currently a professor and master tutor of Department International Transport & Logistics of the Shanghai Maritime University . Professor Yang Zhigang has long been engaged in the teaching and research of international container multimodal transport, international shipping practices and regulations, international freight forwarding practices and regulations, international logistics practices and regulations and international container terminal practices and regulations. At the same time, he has been training employees for Maersk Lines, Mediterranean Shipping, China Shipping Container Lines, COSCO Container Lines, COSCO Pacific Container Terminals, Ningbo Container Terminals, Qingdao Port Container Terminals, and China Port Association. He is currently the business and legal advisor of several companies and is also serving as maritime and maritime experts in maritime court trials.

Professor Yang Zhigang's lectures mainly explain the prevention of business operation risks, the coordination of business operations, and the application of laws and regulations on business operations through examples. Through a large number of case studies, the trainers have a deeper understanding of the content of the business which are also in the process of their business operations so that key points of Prof. Yang’s training have been grasped.
