From September 26 to September 28, professor Yin Lei, deputy director of tax inspection teaching and research section and tax inspection project leader of the State Administration of Taxation Cadre Institute gave the lecture Enterprise Tax Planning for the EMBA students of class of 2014 in Shanghai Advanced Institute of International Shipping.

Professor Yin Lei thinks enterprise tax planning should be strategic and tax and financial management should be paid great attention. In his view, a high-standard enterprise tax planning is not just to reduce the tax burden and increase profits, but to maximize the value for the enterprise. A good enterprise tax planning is to know well about the state taxation system and relevant policies and regulations. In the lecture, professor Yin Lei introduced the trend of recent taxation reforms and hot perspectives, explained the new strategic enterprise tax policies, offered many valuable cases and also generalized several efficient ways of tax planning and management. Professor Yin Lei has impressed students deeply with his in-depth research into the policies, his simple and approachable explanation and his humorous speech as well.

Professor Yin Lei is certified tax agents and public accountant, the visiting professor of Shanghai National Accounting Institute and Shanghai University of Finance and Economics as well as a distinguished expert of Jie Lian Consult. In 2009 he worked in Nanchang as the vice director of the Natioanl Tax Bureau and in 2012 he served in the Inspection Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation.
